Before you book
Do I have to book anything afterwards?
No. If you book with us afterwards, great; if not, you still take the plan with you. It pays off for us: people who arrive knowing what they want are far less work than those who book blind and then change their minds.
What language is the call in?
In Spanish, French or English, the three we handle well when speaking. If you prefer German, message us on WhatsApp: in writing we manage it fine.
What if I already have an itinerary?
Even better. Send it over beforehand or build one with the planner on this site, and we will go through it together on the call, cutting what does not fit.
How long does it really take?
Between 10 and 20 minutes. If your trip is long or you are a big group, tell us when booking and we will block more time.
