Booking for ten people is not booking ten times. When everyone books separately, someone always ends up off the boat or in a different time slot. We block the spots all at once, adjust timings to the group's mix of ages, and give you a fixed price for the whole group, with no surprises on the day.

How it works

From idea to booking, in three steps

1. Tell us what you're looking for How many of you there are, what ages, which days you are here and which excursions catch your eye. With that we already know if there's a boat or a buggy that fits.
2. We propose an itinerary We tell you which ones genuinely fit your group and your dates, and which ones we think you can skip — or which don't pay off for your group size.
3. We confirm and support you We book with the provider, send you the details and stay reachable throughout your stay, with a card payment link if that suits you better than paying on the spot.

The real maths

When a large group actually pays off (and when it changes nothing)

The boat yes, depending on which oneThere are four whale-watching boats, from 10 to 52 seats. On the small one, you're almost the only ones aboard; on the big one, the price per person drops because the boat goes out full either way.
The buggy and jeep, clearlyThey're charged per vehicle, not per person. Four of you in the same buggy work out far better than as a couple. It's the clearest difference in the catalogue between going alone or in a group.
Paragliding and private kite, noThey're charged per person and don't drop for larger numbers. What does change with kitesurfing is the format: the group course (from two people, sharing a kite) is quite a bit cheaper than private.
We invoice the company if neededIf the group is a company event, the invoice is issued with the company's name and tax ID. The person organising doesn't need to pay out of pocket and then claim it back.

The ones that work best when there are a lot of you

Teide Light — the park on foot A full day with guide and pickup. Handles large groups without anyone drifting off, because the guide sets the pace, not each person individually.
Whale and Dolphin Watching Four boats of different sizes: there's a 52-seater that usually sorts out large groups in one go, and a 10-seater for those after something more intimate.
Diving Works well with mixed levels: some do the try dive while certified divers go deeper separately, so nobody has to sit out of the water waiting.
Kayak and Snorkelling Cheap, short and no physical demands. The safe option when you're not sure how fit or how keen the group actually is.
Jeep Safari Charged per vehicle, not per person: it's the best value when there are several of you, and it also makes for good company photos.
Paragliding Individual flight, so in a group it has to be staggered. Works as a gift within a bigger plan, not as the day's central activity.
Group kitesurfing From two people, sharing a kite in turns. It's one of the few where adding people genuinely lowers the price per head, not just spreads it.
ARONA — Canarian music 700 unnumbered seats, no dialogue to translate. If the group mixes languages or ages, it's one of the few things that pleases everyone equally.

Frequently asked questions

What's included in organising a group excursion with Naventia Trips?

We pick the excursions the group can actually handle given its size and ages, and spread them across the days so you do not end up doing two far-apart things on the same one.

Is it cheaper to book as a group?

In some cases yes, in others no. The buggy is charged per vehicle, so a group works out far better; paragliding is per person and does not change. Tell us how many you are and we will point out where the real saving is.

What about companies or celebrations?

Yes. Team outings, incentives, stag and hen dos and birthdays: built from the same excursions, but coordinating slots and timings so everyone gets in at once, which is the part that fails when people book separately.

Do you invoice in the company's name?

Yes, with its tax ID. That's different from invoicing the person who books and having them claim it back from the company — tell us and it goes straight in the company's name from the start.

How many people can you organise for?

We don't have a fixed cap: it depends on the activity. The large whale boat has 52 seats, ARONA has 700. What does have a real limit is each provider, so the more of you there are, the sooner you need to write to us.

What if we book late, with the group already on the island?

We'll still try, but with less room to choose: in high season the big boats and buggies sell out first, and you might end up with only the pricier option or a smaller boat than you wanted.

Any activity with no language barrier?

ARONA: the Canarian music show has no dialogue, so a group with several languages enjoys it exactly the same. It's one of the few where that's not a factor.

Can the group split into two activities on the same day?

Yes, it's common: half the company dives while the other half kayaks at the same time, for example. We just need to know in advance, since it's two bookings with two providers.

Do you accept card payment for the whole group?

Yes, a single payment link covers the whole group's amount, so you don't have to collect money person by person. You can also pay on the day of the activity, depending on the provider.

Do you charge us for organising it?

No, you pay the same as you would booking everything separately. The difference is you don't waste time comparing providers or find out too late that the big boat had no spots left.
