Naventia Trips is a Canarian family business based in El Médano. There is no search engine behind it and no call centre in another country: there is one person who knows the operators by name and who has climbed, dived and flown in nearly everything on this site.
Our story
Why Naventia Trips exists
Almost every Tenerife excursion is booked through sites that have never set foot on the island. They work: they charge you, send a voucher and the relationship ends there. The problem shows up when the boat does not sail because of swell, when you discover the park you booked is an hour and a half from your hotel, or when you take a six-year-old on a route that starts with a 600-metre descent.
We set up Naventia Trips to do it the other way round: meet the provider first, sell it after. Every activity in this catalogue is one we've done ourselves, or that someone we trust has done and told us exactly how it went. If an excursion doesn't convince us, it doesn't go up — however good the commission.
Twenty-five years in the business is mainly good for one thing: knowing who to call. When something goes wrong, the difference between a ruined day and a change of date is having the number of the person who decides. We are a registered tourism intermediary, we work with island operators and we charge what they charge: there is no surcharge for booking here.

A family business means the person answering your WhatsApp is the same one who picked every excursion on this site.
How we choose what you see here
We go before you do
Either we have done it, or we have spoken face to face with whoever runs it. Nothing gets in here just because it was in a catalogue.
Local providers, not chains
The operators are from here. Most of what you spend on an excursion stays on the island.
We also tell you what not to do
If it does not fit your group, your dates or your pace, we say so and lose the sale. It is cheaper than a one-star review.
Shall we go over it together?
An itinerary on screen is fine. Fifteen minutes with someone who has done those excursions is better: we will tell you which of the AI's suggestions we would skip.
