Privacy Policy

We process the data needed to respond to requests, prepare proposals and coordinate sports experiences or active trips in the Canary Islands.

Data we may request

Name, email, phone, travel dates, number of people, sports level, activity of interest and any information you share to prepare a personalised proposal.

Purpose

We use your data to respond via WhatsApp or email, validate availability with selected providers, prepare quotes and manage communications related to your request.

Legal basis

Processing is based on carrying out your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b) when you contact us via WhatsApp, email or the contact form, and on your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) when you tick the checkbox in the trip planner to save your email.

Retention and rights

We retain the information for as long as needed to handle the request and any reasonable follow-up. You can request access, rectification or deletion by writing to hola@naventiatrips.com, and file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

Data processors

We use Brevo (email delivery and contact management) and the Anthropic API (AI-powered trip planner assistance) as data processors. Both handle data under their own privacy policies and may involve data transfers outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Sharing with providers

When necessary to confirm an activity, we may share minimal data with selected professional providers. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
